How would sunless tanning lotion affect acrylic nails? Would it stain them? What about wearing gloves? Do you normally apply it to your hands?

What about the gradual tanners, would it still stain with those? (Jergens natural glow lotion)

Make sure that after you apply sunless tanning lotion, you wash your hands really, really well with soap and water. You usually dont put it on your hands just because, well, its going to wash off anyways.
It probably wont stain your nails, but wearing gloves is a bit extreme. just make sure you wash your hands for atleast 1 minute with soap and water and they should be fine.

it sounds goofy, but I wear disposable latex gloves when I apply it. It WILL stain your nails and quite possibly leave your palms looking unnaturally dark, so drop a couple dollars and buy some gloves.
Even better yet, go Mystic Tanning. I LOVE IT!

Wear gloves, ensure they are not allowing contact of the self tanning lotion with your nails. It takes skill to apply on hands and avoid nails (try protecting them with nail color)

Once, with fake tan, I must'nt of washed it off my hands too well, coz it made my natural nails go a wierd orangy colour! haha, so that wasn't too good!
It probably would do the same to acrylic nails, wouldn't want to test it anyway! LOL
Using gloves sounds like a great idea!

Just make sure you scrub your hands really well before you apply it. apply it to the back of your hands and then when your done use a wet cloth just to whipe off your palms and nails. It takes time for the tan to build and if you just whipe it off where you dont want it will look good. You also wont have white hands....but if you dont scrub first the backs of your hands will turn yellow. I donno why but it makes a big difference in the colouur

as a replace of washing you palms with cleansing soap and water use an antibacterial lotion. this might get off the self tanner yet in basic terms on the spots you opt for to rub it in. i exploit to get tanning lotion all on my palms, i all started utilizing that and it extremely works ideal.

Don't use them. They will turn your palms orange. I GUARANTEE YOU.
