1. I love you dearly, but not in a date kinda way.
2. I usually like to spend my evenings winding down.
3. I'm not into going out for drinks during the week much, but sure, let's do it sometime next week. Then do it, let yourself free, have a good time with this guy, then just be busy after that. Since you work with him and want to keep a good relationship, you could go out and have a drink every four months or so if you want. That's not too much, and you'd probably have an ok time. Just have an out so you don't have to stay longer than a couple hours.

Nothing beats a nice appropriate conversation in a safe area---tell him clearly that you have other interests at this time--you are busy and dating or drinks do not fit into your schedule. Do not ask me to accompany you anymore as the constant barrage of invitations is starting to make you uncomfortable. Then ask if you have made yourself clear. Thank him for his time--get up and walk away. I think that is pretty nice and it shouldn't be a problem.

Tell him the truth. If you want to have drinks with him, tell him you'd like to but not to expect anything more than two friends sharing a drink after work. Be honest, then he may back off, or he may want to continue a friendship. Just don't lie.

If u like him as a friend, go out w/ him. As u guys are hanging out, talk about relationships and say that you just aren't into the relationship thing right now and tell him that u like hanging w/ him because you guys are like friends and you don't have to worry about him wanting to go out as a couple.

Don't tell him you're a lesbian... Gross...
Tell him "Sorry, not interested" or something of the like :)
Because, if you try to make up excuses he's definitely going to reply with something about him being different.

If you work with him, you've got your "out" right there. Tell him you don't date coworkers. And leave it at that. You owe him no other explanations. Frankly, it's ALWAYS a bad idea to date coworkers.

he works with you and you will see him every day
so go out have a drink or any thing
then you either see him differently and like him or it is a simple message to him

Say " I think you are a really great guy, but I am just really busy right now and can't be in a relationship. " :)
Hope this helps :)

Here's your problem. You need to say I'm not interested in dating. If that's not enough, make it clear that you're not interested in dating him.
