Agoraphobia is terrible. I get it on occasion. I take no medications for it. Try exersising a bit and forcing yourself to do things. Dont shut yourself up in your house even though you really want to. As for your neck, go get an xray, I have a neck problem that causes alot of anxiety and head pressure.
Get a bloodtest to rule out thyroid etc.
Calm down. You can get through it. Its a terrible feeling to have but it goes away if you let it.

You possibly have an anxiety disorder. You should see a family doctor who can rule out medical causes and refer you to a psychologist and a psychiatrist. One would counsel you and the other will prescribe and monitor medicine for you.

Don't get discouraged about this. Just so happens that anxiety disorders are known to be resolved fairly quickly and there are some really good meds for it to help you through this as well.

The first step is easy. Just pick up your phone and call the doc.

You should get some help go to the psychiatrist they can help you with that if you think you need medication tell them i took medication to help me stop crying and it worked and i less nervous when i took the medication. Only if you can t face it yourself but you have to have insurance.
