I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

its a bit of a stretch, but i did get ard 3-4 kgs reduced from "Non-solid food" diet so what you do is just drinking some liquid food, like a protein shake 2-3 times a day for 2 weeks. its hard, but it does have an effect. so, no bread, no rice, no cereal, no meat, no veggies , just protein shake with non fat milk mixture. but remember... if you want to reduce that much weight in a short time, it wont be healthy and your weight might return after you stop this kind of radical diet.

1. drink a lot of water.
2. eat breakfast at 6:30 every morning
3. keep your heart level up for at least 30min/day
4. eat lunch consisting of fruits and vegetables and meat at 12:00pm
5. eat a snack at 3pm of fruit
6. eat a light supper no later than 6:30pm.
The reason that I say start at 6:30am is because it will stimulate your metabolism and the earlier you eat, the more breakfast you can eat
The reason that I say at least 30 min of aerobic exercise/day is because the longer that you keep your heart rate up the more energy you burn.
The reason that I have put you on a schedule of times to eat is because this schedule keeps your metabolism up. The later that you eat supper, the more likely that the calories that you consume at dinner will turn to fat.
I suggest a lot of water because it has no calories and it aids the digestive process. I suggest fruit and vegetables because they do not have many calories and they digest easily.
Eat nuts in the morning because they are difficult to digest and will keep you full longer.
Good luck getting into shape.
By the way, if you run for at least 30 minutes/day you can go out to eat 1 time per week. For the strong core, I suggest sit-ups, crunches, and extensions. For each exercise do about 100 repetitions of each.
To do an extension lay on your stomach spread eagle and lift your head, legs, and arms off of the floor. Do this about 100 times.

You can lose a lot of weight quickly by purging water weight from your system. Taking a diaretic will purge water weight from your body. Also, if you are drinking pop, eliminate that from your diet. I quit drinking Mt Dew back in HS and lost 15 lbs within one week (it also cleared up my skin). Also cut sodium (salt) from your diet. Try drinking just water and eating one meal a day. It'll make you hungry, but it made me lose a lot of weight quickly.
