Well, he turned water into wine and that was a miracle, or so goes the oral tradition of the story out of France. He probably got drunk with them, too.

Jesus does not judge. God judges.
Jesus does not bless. God blesses.
Nowhere in the Gospel does Jesus asked God for his blessing for drunks. However, you John 8 who he deals with sinners.

Ever heard the saying "God watches over drunks & children"? I'd say yeah, he probably does. Noah (of the ark fame) was supposedly a drunk. He had his own little story so there ya go.
