It has been shown that eating soy products can help you lower LDL (bad cholesterol) levels, helping you to fight hypertension. It has a high content of protein and very low content of fat. So it is a lean source of protein for those who must limit their intake of fat. However like all plant protein, it is not complete or balanced for human needs. You must compensate with other sources.
It also contains antioxydants and phytoestrogens, which may be of some help to menopaused women to maintain good heart condition and bone mass. However, phytoestrogens also stimulate the growth of ER positive tumors, so consumption of high quantities of soy products is not recommended for women with ER-positive breast cancer, or family history of such cancer.
Soy is sure a good food, but not a miracle one. Low-stage hypertension and diabetes type 2 can be controlled through a healthy diet and lifestyle, but not only through the consumption of one food like soy milk.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/kGslS
A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

soy milk is better...since there's no rBGH, more calcium, good for your heart, and (like with silk) the sugar level/serving is lower than dairy (6 grams vs. 11 grams) plus soy milk has more fiber...and organic plant derived products are usually better since they don't deprive your body of digestive enzymes and there's no chemical. Soy also decrease cancer chance.
