Tons of snake oil salesmen claiming this or that works. Only two have been proven to work. Propecia by Merc, which is a pill you take daily and it's $30 a month and Rogain, which is the spray daily stuff. It's been reported the two together work better than just one and good results. If you can stop it early, do it, if not, then just buzz it down. Not skin head, but the trimmer with no attachment. Being in shape, dressing nice is more important with a full head of hair. You can fight it or just go with it. A lot of fat guys with full heads of hair who can't get dates. Guys can look very cool with buzzed hair, just not "Bicked" hair as in shaving the top of the head, like the face. That looks isn't in at all.

Male (female) pattern baldness (MPB) is the hair loss caused by genetics. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do to stop it. But there's a lot you can do to slow it down.
Watch this Dateline NBC video report. It studied 5 treatments w/ 5 different men over 1 yr. They all have MPB and the results are encouraging.

I also created a website to share my experience and help others.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aL9z1 While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

No, because that's just it, it is genetic. Meaning you will probably have it since your dad, grandfather or uncles have hair loss.

You can probably halt the advance of male pattern baldness and even restore some of the hair lost but castration is an extreme trade for more hair.
