If you are talking to Lisa, then you can simply say "I love you", because it is understood that you are talking to her.
"I love you" - 愛してる。 (Aishiteru)
Pronunciation: ah-ee-shee-teh-roo
If you want to say her name, then you can say "aishiteru, risa"

you use the word "kimi" rather than anata, coz kimi refers to women, and anata mostly refers to men..goodluck!!

Japanese dont really say 'love' they same way English speakers might say it. if its like a girlfriend or or a really good friend you would say "daisuki desu" (youre my favorite)
or kimi o aishiteiru (I love you).
make sure your relationship with the other person is solid enough to tell them that you love them, other than that, ganbatte!
