You can't roll back. That is only possible for an uncommitted transaction. Anyway, o you mean you deleted the data from the table or you dropped the table? If you dropped the table that is DDL and its gone. If you truncated the table the data is gone. If you deleted all the data with a delete statement, it is logged but to to get it back you have to do a restore and recovery once the commit is issued.
