nothing, really.
there are no such 'grades.'
cannabis grown for 'medical use' is not explicitly defined. there aren't really any specifications, especially considering the fact that [i won't discuss the rare, single exception since it's not relevent] the cannabis is not grown by any agency -- it's homegrown. if, for example, in california, one is prescribed cannabis, they could buy or possess whatever type of cannabis they want of whatever quality and it would still be considered medical marijuana.
all of the above refers to the USA.

Regular grade isn't as potent which in turn gives a slight buzz and mild munchies. Medical grade gives you a awesome buzz that lasts longer and feels stonier and might give you massive munchies if you don't pass out first. Of course though your basic comercial bud is proboly cheaper and much more availible. Unless you live in CA which I hear there's a lot of redyable choices.

I have not smoked pot in over five years though I have had both. "Regular pot" has a mutch more stoning effect than "Medical grade" pot in my experience.

I'm not answering this question but just wanted to say that that's a really good question. maybe someone tests it or something but that wouldn't really work. it would be an awesome job though. you should ask a doctor, they would probably know. I'm going to next time i see one.
