What type of arrangements have you made for your pets in the event that they out live you?

With a household of 5 cats, two birds (including a 4 mth old Rainbow Lorikeet), 2 frogs and a mouse and no children, we actually did make out a Will that states what we want done in case something happens to us. Even though some of our pets are older and we will probably outlive them, the Lori has a lifespan of 20-30 years and we wanted to make sure that he would be taken care of.

It's always good to have a plan in place. We have stickers given to us by our local fire department that state, in case of fire, there are XX number of animals that live in the house and to be on the watch for them. Firefighters will save human life first, but will always go back for family pets if it doesn't endanger their own lives.

I highly doubt that my pets are going to out live me because I'm only 21, but I would probably give my daughter any cat that I have when I get that old. Right now I kinda worry about what will happen to my kdis if anything were to happen to me.

I'm not that old, but right... things can happen. If I would be older, I'm sure I would ask some of my family members or friends to look after her when I'm gone. I would make it sure for someone to take her to their home and take good care of her.

Yes, I've told my family, my children and nephew and niece to take really good care of them, because, I am known as an animal lover and they know they mean a lot to me

Well, I have to move this fall, so my mommy is going to get my kittycats. Whether she wants them or not.
