Sexual excitement from dreams or by physical stimuli like rubbing against pajamas or a full bladder.

When boys enter puberty a variety of changes occur. These changes will result in many, but not all boys experiencing episodes of embarrassing erections and wet dreams. If these episodes do occur there is no need to worry or feel guilty because they are part of normal sexual development. Many boys experience wet dreams between the ages of 12 to 18. Generally boys have less wet dreams once masturbation is begun or once puberty is over.

Wet dreams are part of the many things that are changing in the body during puberty. Not all boys have wet dreams and that's normal too. However, if you do have a wet dream all it means is that your body is sexually maturing, which is a step towards becoming a man.

About 50% of boys will experience wet dreams. You can't do anything about them! Masturbation reduces the wet dreams for most boys but there is no guarantee about that outcome! Wet dreams often produce less guilt than masturbation but can produce more worries about the nature of the dream. For the young wet dreams and orgasms in a dream are very common In these cases it is simply a reflection of your awareness of the physiological change taking place

A male teen has a wet dream when he goes to sleep, and has a sex dream. While having the sex dream, he ejaculates. It is totally normal for teenage boys.

You have wet dreams because you are not having any sexual activity. Your body is constantly producing semen. If you don't have sex or get off by yourself, you have only so much room in your body to store the stuff. You are more likely to have one if something had you very aroused that day, but you didn't have any sexual activity. If you'd prefer not to have them, make time to j/o once a week or so, or get a g/f to help you out.

its a natural response of your body that clears out the seminal tubes of the male reproductive system. this is triggered by some sort of sexual stimulating dream...hence the term "wet dream"

the fact is we all dream .... and usually it is about what is on our mind.... it is normal and not surprising that, as a teen, you are thinking and dreaming of sex..... men seem to do it more than women, but is normal and healthy...... enjoy it and live on...
