After both the ceasarian deliveries that i have had, the shape of my tummy is totally changed and bulging out. How can one get back the original shape ? is it possible to change the shape better by regular exercising ? or is some other technique available ?

Once you have children it might be difficult to have your body back, before children. But with exercise & eating healthy foods & staying hydrated this would be a first good step.
A good aerobic step class, pilates or yoga would help with your core strength.

Exercise would work but do try to have some endermology treatments. It worked for me.I've had three caesarian deliveries and it really helped in putting me back to shape. Endermology uses a machine that breaks down cellulites without surgery. It is FDA approved and helps in increasing lymphatic drainage thus facilitating the elimination of excess fluid and metabolites.Try to inquire about it in gyms or in a slimming spa.I think you need to have around 10 treatments or more to really work

If you want instant results though you can have liposuction but thats really expensive and it is for the brave ones who dont mind having surgery.

I had 2 c-sections and I hate to tell you but with the scar tissue the way it is, your tummy will always be kind of over-lapping in that area. If it really bothers you, I would talk to your Dr. and maybe he or she can recommend someone to help in that area, but even exercising will not cure that problem.
