You're her boss right? This is not a good idea, boyfriend or no boyfriend. It can be misconstrued very easily by other employees and you don't want your own employees talking behind your backs. Stay away.

Man, never mix up business and pleasure, personal and professional things. The potential problem can be huge especially if she has a boyfriend already. Sometimes the situation is pretty tempting that you just easily want to flirt but there you go, it's a test for you.

Wow - no longer stable. yet today the probabilities of working into people like this at paintings are lots bigger. all of us ought to learn how to get alongside! with a bit of luck, you probably did no longer yell at her once you stood up for your self. Then, you look no greater desirable than her. the subsequent time she says something derogatory, basically say very sweety, "thank you lots - that became so effective and uplifting!" she would be in a position of get the hint. it is not in any respect effective to maintain a log to get somebody fired. Does she have a family? If she does get fired, will that family be in worry? attempt to think approximately her difficulty - she is performing like this because of the fact she might lack self assurance, or experience insecure. Do your suitable to act above her point without being boastful. attempt to help her be a bigger individual, and you will experience stable which you helped somebody out later! and she or he would be in a position of probable thank you too.

Thing i know about office relationships is that they are always trouble..now that there is even a boyfriend in the picture.....double trouble! That lady might just be a teaser....i suggest you stick to flirting.
besides men always know when another guy has the hots for their girlfriend or when their gals have the hots for some other guy.
imagine him causing chaos at your work about you n his girl....result = you wont have a job anymore too.
Resist,my man!

If she has a boyfriend, yet acts flirty around you, she is obviously a cheater. Cheaters are also liars. So after you've been in the sack with her, the first time you do something she doesn't like, she will have your balls for sexual harassment. Decide now how important your job is to you.

Resist. Girls with boyfriends feel safe flirting. If the boyfriend leaves the picture, maybe ask her out for coffee.

Sorry, I agree with Lizzo mail
Also, don't abuse your position,
It will get uncomfortable because more than likely it will get around thru gossip.
