Go To a Novelty Store ( such as, Spencer's) and buy a game called " Party Till Ya Puke " it is for three or more players. You could also play " Quarters " You could also play " Black Jack Drink" .. .. a. You play black jack as you'd normally play. All will drink a shot for each number they are away from the winner. If I win with a 20 and you busted with 22 you'd drink 2 shots of beer ( or whatever drink you're using). If another player has 18 they loose and drink 2 shots since they are 2 away from the winning 20.

Here you go, Chandalier, Take a big glass of beer and put it in the center of the table, now everybody gets their own glass of beer and put them (smaller glasses) around the big glass of beer get a quarter and prepare to bounce. The rules are simple bounce the quarter and who's glass it lands in drinks exept the center glass, if you make the center glass everybody drinks and the person who finishes last has to chug the center glass. If you wanna make the game harder play rules"every time someone makes a glass three times in a row gets to make a rule" like before you drink you have to cluck like a chicken or say something "this band rules" or you have to touch your ear before they drink and one rule does not cancel out another so you'd have to do the first rule made and then the second and so on. bouncing the quarter the rules are the same as quarter bounce you get two tries and if you miss both you drink your own drink. Remerember if you play this game have a lot of beer on hand and don't go expecting to drive or walk strait after playing so good luck

Kings, its a card game and appeals to almost all people. Works with any alcoholic drink. Basically you draw a card and each card has a rule or mini-game to follow and the "losers" must drink. The instructions can be found here:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kings_%28drinking_game%29
You can also personalize the rules for certain cards.
For the best beer only game its got to be Beer Pong
(basically trying to throw or bounce a ping-pong ball into your one of opponents cups which is filled with a shot or so of beer),
followed by Tippy Cup
(where teams must race to drink their cup of beer and then place the cup on the edge of a table and flick the bottom to make it land and rest on its mouth in succesion).

Since Feb. 2nd is coming up you should play "Groundhog Day." It's easy.
Go rent/buy the movie "Groundhog Day." Everytime anyone says the name Phil you take a drink of beer. Everytime you watch the alarm clock roll over to 6:00 you take a shot. You probably won't last the whole movie.

my favorite beer drinking game is very simple. See how many you can drink. Whoever drinks the most wins, or last person standing wins. Prize is always a case a beer. LOL

It's called "Beer Hunter." Get a six-pack, and shake up one can, but forget which one you shook. Then take turns with your friends holding the cans to your head while you crack them open. If you lose, you have to drink the beer, but if you win you get a wethead.
I've never played beer hunter, but I think you'll enjoy it.

quarters is fun..Sitting across from your opponent (or spaced evenly around table if more players) fill a cup with beer and place in front of you. try getting quarter into opponents cup by bouncing coin on the table (you can't just toss it in their cup). The person has to guzzle the beer in front of him if you successfully bounce the quarter in. You'd be surprised at how fast you achieve a serious case of intoxication!
