My freind has liked this guy for like 6 years...i kno its crazy! she has tried to get over him but nothing has worked for her!!!! well...he keeps going out with this girl and every time he does she gets crushed!what can she do???

I have been that girl! (Though it was only on and off for 4 years). I was always jealous and felt hurt, just like your friend. It does take time, but it will happen. She needs to find someone who will love her for who she is and won't make her feel that way. He is not worth it. Have you tried to take her out to meet some guys? Maybe that will help. I met my boyfriend at the place where we used to work, so maybe there's someone there who's worth her time and efforts. Good luck.

Take her out to a club for a girls night out and show her how many other fish in the sea there is. She desperately needs to let that loser go cause he is only going to keep stringing her along.
Instead of just a girls night out make it an all day thing take her to get her hair done and maybe a new outfit to make her feel good about herself then when all is said and done off to the club so she can cut lose and relax.
