I agree sista! First of all, Englishmen started "rocking" our world 4 decades ago until now with their lyrics, movements, and stage presence by being in a band/group/movie (ie. Beatles to any of the new bands now). Heck, Madonna married a Brit and now calls England home.
I, too, am mesmerized by their accents and almost quirkiness about them. (just don't look at their crooked teeth - haha - probably just builds character) None of them are, necessarily, the most dashing of souls, but when they speak....ahhhhh.
In the romance department they are almost shy little boys. I was in England several years ago when I met a darling Englishman. His idea of flirting with me was to chase me around a swimming pool pretending he was going to pour a drink over my head. I thought to myself, "he is only teasing me like an American would." Yeah right; when he caught me he did, indeed, pour the drink over my head!! It was crazy but I loved it.

It is quite simple to answer, we are brought up with manners, we are taught from an early age to be chivalrous, the age of chivalry is not dead, it is part of our make up, something other countries seem to have not grasped. treat a women with kindness love and understanding, speak gently and not overbearing, allow them to talk and be an attentive listener...........best leg opener i know :-) , oh and a sense of humour

I have never met a romantic English man.. But have met many romantic Americans
nor have i met loads of English men with the accent that Americans seem to think we have

Because they have ugly crooked noses and wretched teeth, so they have to be romantic and have an attractive accent or they wouldn't be able to get chicks to save their life.

I dont think so, but the recent survey says that the asian, or so called south asian men are more romantic, more sex drive, and passionate towards women.
