my girlfriend had a dream with a guy who likes her and sometimes tries to aproach her. she dreamed that he was hugging her, both were kissing each other and she could see after that his eyes, and could fell love from him. I would like to know if dreams like that can mean something significant.

All anyone is going to be able to tell you is that she has some unresolved issue with this guy. It could mean anything from her feeling bad for him, to her just knowing that he likes her and she thinks she might like him too. If you were with someone, and you found out that someone else liked you who you were attracted to, you might try to do nothing about it. Then, eventually, you might have a dream about this girl and it felt really good in the dream. Now you're thinking, "maybe I should do something about this". Am I right?

I dream all the time. And Ive had similar dreams that your girlfriend had. It could mean many things. possibly, she saw a movie that she is re-enacting in her dream or someone she saw at the market or it was just a wet dream! There are dream books that you can purchase at your local book store. I have one. It tells what you saw in your dream and defines what your subconscious might be saying. Check it out!

I would say its just her subconscious taking notice of his interest. It doesn't mean she is thinking about going with him, in fact the fact she told you about it would suggest to the contrary.
