They are both the same.
The location has been debated through the centuries and moved to different locations within the physical body.
My belief is that it is the template for the whole physical body. and resides within and with out of the physical body.

"Where" exactly? I'm not sure I can answer that. It's kind of like someone asking if I can point toward the fourth dimension.
