Sometimes I start dreaming without really falling into 'sleep'. I can hear and see things and I start dreaming-sometimes. Or I start seeing stuff before I fall asleep, then I dream..Why is that?? and no, I don't do drugs or drink or anything like that..

This is called the "Alpha state" and its completely normal. You actually are asleep, but you are also somewhat conscious. This is the same state you are put in during hypnosis. If you can remember to do it, you can plant yourself some good habits when in this state. This is called self hypnosis.

Everyone does this, but not everyone is aware of it. Its a great gift. :) Sweet dreams!

like you, i am going to often keep in innovations the era earlier attempting to get to sleep, yet not in any respect honestly keep in innovations falling asleep then awaken contained in the morning with both innovations of objectives or no longer some thing in any respect. in the course of the evening i'd awaken a pair of times to exhibit the pillow over or change positions, yet except that being asleep is a very subconscious state. Unconsciousness has continuously in touch me. The difficulty-free component is that's some thing that i attempt to dodge, like the in user-friendly words time I ever nod off is after hours of battling it and ultimately merely provide up. the concept i have no administration or acceptance of myself makes me uncomfortable, notwithstanding that is a exceptionally irrational worry because the in user-friendly words time that is experienced is at the same time as i do not comprehend it. "expertise is extraordinary." were on condition that correct.

In the psychic world, what your going through is your soul leaving your physical state. Its like a form of hypnosis...like that feeling that you get when you are falling asleep and then your body twitches...its 2 things, your fighting sleep and its also your soul crashing back into your body. I know it sounds weird, but hey, you asked...lol.
