It's a good way of understanding life. Unfortunately, our super-productive society isn't prepared to believe in it in a massive way.

Yes. I heard this saying once (i think the Dalai Lama said it)
"If you have a problem think about if there is a way you can solve it, if it is possible then ,Dont worry.You can sort it out.
If not , dont worry anyway because there is nothing you can do about it. " (it goes something like this)
For some reason that quote always stuck in my mind.

I used to worry a lot, but I'm learning to let things go---and I'm a lot happier for it. So, I guess that's a "yes" to your question!
