He and I work together we take all our breaks and lunch together when we cant be near each other we text. My friend says he watches my ever move. He told me he likes me alot, but so far thats it! I can tell he has feeling for me and so can everyone else. He acts like a young boy with a crush when I'm near,he cant be still...but still he want get any closer than conversation. What should I do? I am falling in love with him, he is kind and caring and oh heck, he is just awesome...but still just a friend. I know that work place relationships arent good but he is quittin in March to go back to school, so thats not a problem. Help people please...I'm truly, madly, deeply in love. Do I need to stay away or hang on! He already has my whole heart.

There is numerous possibilities as to why he is slow with you. Too many to go into. Speaking from experience, I imagine that what he is feeling about you is a new emotion waking up inside of him, and perhaps, it scares him. I wouldn't suggest "pushing" the situation. Just hang in there. As the saying goes, "Whats meant to be, will always find a way". Don't give up. If he is worth a damn to you, let him go at his own pace. You will earn his respect in the end, and probably his whole heart too. Good Luck!

since you love him so much..why don't you make a move first? it's the 21st century now and it doesn't really matter who makes the first move especially the guy you are in love with is sooo shy!! ask him out or give him a call..you must fight for your own happiness and if you want him that badly, then let him know..i'm sure he'll be MORE than glad to reply you..

WoW! You need to sloooow down! I'm SURE your not really in love with him! Your just in love with the "idea" if him. You couldn't be in love with him yet, you don't know him on a deeper or romatic level. Chances are this guy is just shy, or he has a gf, or he is a player.... just let things go as they are and he will eventually ask you out if he really does like you! Just calm yourself down! If you think you have fallen in "love" with him b4 youeven get to know him as a boyfriend, then you will miss out on the opportunity to ever REALLY get to know him! Even if you all do date, because you will have fallen in love with who you think he is instead of who he really is. Just give him time to show you who he is before you decide to fall head over heels, okay??
BTW if you want to you could hint at him to take you out... like say "soooo, when are you going to take me out to dinner?" all jokingly....see what he says.

its 2007 it ok for a female to step to a man. he is lacking confidence...and sometimes a a woman can bring that out of a man....but you have make the first move...so that he knows it coo from your ...and not from your friend....i cant tell you how to do it...but approach him.
