My knees and my elbows hurt when bent for 10-15 minutes..Why is this happeneing?
It started with my left knee. It happened throughout kindergarten. When its bent for about 10-15 minutes it starts to ache real bad and when i stretch it out straight its an instant relief. Its been happeneing again for months now!! Now my elbows are starting to do it as well. I can barely sit at the computer and type for very long before i cant stand it anymore.

You should go to the doctor and explain your symptoms. It is possible you have rheumatoid arthritis and need medical treatment.

l am no doctor, but based on your symptoms (l have the same ones), l would have to say it is one of two things: 1. joint tendinitis, which mostly effects the knees and the elbows (a good possibility since it seems to come and go), or 2. arthritis (probably a long shot since this usually is a permanent condition and doesn't usually disappear and then reappear). Either way, a good pain reliever is Naproxen (500mg) taken with food whenever you experience pain.

Naproxin which can only get from your doc. Otherwise Aleve is really good.
