I am in the sacramento area and I am on informal probation for 6 months and I was wondering if they drug test. My charge is not drug related and I am not suspected of drug use. thank you

You need to read your conditions of probation. But typically yes you can be subject to tests. So even if you take prescription meds let your probie officer know.

You can be drug tested at any time that you are on any type of probation.Read your rules closely.I wouldn't ask your officer if you know what I mean.

Probably not since it's not drug related, but they have a right to do so if they want.
