It's a very strange combination of the alphabet (Y) and Japanese kanji (Chinese characters) that is probably intended as a bad pun. The literal meaning is "maggots come out", according to my Japanese wife. Can you give me any other context? That might help.

It's Japanese. I've seen many of those those characters before, but I don't know what they mean.
