This is a great trick I learned from a Makeup Artist I work with. Start with a natural look lip liner and line lips from outside to the center top and bottom. Then fill in the lips with the lip liner leaving the very center of the lip with no lipliner filling. (this would be the spot just under the dip in your lip.) Put a dot of concealer in this middle spot and blot. Then apply your lipstick and then lipgloss just in the center. This will give you a fuller, pouty look!

There is a very good, but expensive treatment, for lip enhancement. You need to visit a doctor for this. A series of injections applied to your lips. This fills your lips and make a swell effect on them.EXPENSIVE!!!! But works!!!

Also so there is something in the market, that does the same thing, but is topical, it last less time but it does work too!!
Sorry I don't remember the name of it but is out there.

I'm pretty sure you'll find more information about this.

wear tones of lipgloss.. ? otherwise find some cosmetic products that supose 2 plump ur lips..

But if ur serious about it.. seek some medical advise from a credited cosmetic surgeon about collagen..

i have tiny lips too, and i found that the right makeup can make them look soo much bigger. i personally use chapstick (because if they're dry they'll look even smaller) and mac lipglass in c-thru.
i also have lip piercings, which makes them look bigger.
you can also buy lip plumper like lip venom, which kind of works. i don't really like it though, because it makes my lips look too red.
