Confront your friend and express how you feel about this guy, and if she is a good friend you and her will come to a sound resolution.

Who liked him first? Who does he like? If you were the first one, then she's not much of a friend for going after someone you care about. As far as what you can do, there's nothing. I'd say it's sort of up to him to choose. Take the high road here. Never trash talk her to either him or to your other friends. She'll know you were the classy one here, and she may feel guilty. You have to decide. Who has been there for u longer. who is going to be there in the future more importantly. Your going to have to decide if u could spend the rest of your life with this guy. If you can, than love is worth it. If its just lust than i think u should think about it and think about the times your friend has been there for u.

this type of thing really sucks but just think about what will happen if u'd rather have ur friend or the guy and also if ur friend will forgive u which she probably will

just first check if that guy reaaly likes you. you might expeck that its true but in the long run its not. if its true then talk to your friend about it so that she will not expect of something to the one you like also. if your friend dont agree with you then let that guy choose which of you would he choose.

well if you like him more she shouldn't care but i would make sure it is okay with her before you do anything especially your friends come first trust me i have the same problem with one of my friends but we made it a deal that your friends come before your boyfriends

i suggest you both leave him alone cuz either your friends or your enemies pick which one you want to be. and no one dude is that fine to loose a friend.
