well im always been happy and i try to be but i onve brusied myself on my cheek becuase i hit myself out of anger i start thinking of vil things... should i get help before it s to late ,but ive been doing good so far now. but i think i just need some advice from doing all this crazy stuff again

The fact that you can ask the question and see that the behavior is not something you want to do is a good sign you're definitely not insane yet, and probably not on the way. That being said, the human mind can be a fragile thing. If you are feeling stressed out enough about these things to actively want to hurt yourself, then you need to find a family member or friend you can talk to about whatever problems you are facing right now.

It is perfectly normal for anyone to get down on themselves from time to time. But you are right to recognize that it can potentially cross the line if we see only the bad in ourselves to the point where we find ourselves vile. Reach out for help to someone you can trust. You might be surprised who you find in your life that really cares.

YES! You should get help as soon as possible. Also, don't think you are going insane, your probably suffering from depression. I tell you from experience. Just because you haven't had an episode lately that makes you want to hurt yourself, doesn't mean that it wont happen again. If you let time pass and do nothing, later on the depression will worsen and your cheeks wont be the only ones you bruise.

Get help... talk to a family member or friend.... write about your feelings... call a hotline... anything. But don't go too long without doing anything about it. I wish you well...

I am going to give you the best advice that anyone is going to give you. And you will know that I am most sincere by my answer because my answer is not going to be lined with pity and worry.

Here's the deal. First I'd like to apologize because my first thought after reading your post was to eviscerate you for your extremely poor grammar and your inability to hit the spell check button.

Secondly. Read the quote. Stop whining. Stop being an attention seeking little miscreant. You want to stop doing crazy stuff? You want to feel better. The DO IT. The only person standing in your way is you. You aren't insane. You are just merely frustrated. So stop acting like a moron, get off your *** and go do something constructive. You'd be amazed at how much better you feel. Actually taking control of your life is empowering beyond belief. Of course taking control of someone else's life is even more so.. but I don't recommend you do that. It's just wrong. :D

Just saying "doing good so far" means "yes get help". "so far" really means "only up until now"

I will give you a very positive spin, most of us need some kind of help. Very few of is realize in what way, in that department you are already ahead. Most people just continue bad behavior for life and in the process impose it on the world an never admit that they could have a problem.

When you start hurting yourself is when need help the most. Don't waste anytime make an appointment and get assesed. In the mean time if they can't get you in right away, got to the nearest hospital or call the police and explain exactly what is going on they will get you help immediatly.

your not going insane ,but you should go talk to somone just the same.i know that it isnt easy being happy all the time and maybe you hit youself because you dont know how to get the anger out in a positive way.when i am mad and i i need to get it out i will go in my room close the door and just scream(i warn people that live in my house if thir home that i am going in my room to vent)also belive it or not betting up a pillow or my matteress help as well,i dont know if this helped but i hope you feel better

Yeah... you should probably just kill yourself if you're looking for an answer to that kind of question on YAHOO. Have you talked to a family member? Or morgue?
