I heard that skipping or jumping rope is one of the most effective form of exercise routine. Which is why boxers do it to keep their muscles tight and lean. I prefer running honestly. At least I cover distances. How can I make skipping a more fun activity?

You could do it with a younger sibling or cousin... Or you could find music with a good beat and jump to it. Or you could buy a trampoline!!! Good luck!

I just put the headphones on and space out. you don't have to skip for that long if you are doing it for fat loss. skip for 30 secs and walk in place for 30 secs, repeat for 15-20 minutes.
