ive had bad teeth for few yrs. had accident about 20yrs ago. i have no ins. im low income but don't caulify for programs that i been through so far. and starting get in more pain. and if could get ins. what would be good and not be too costly? tried the extreme make-over not close enough for my city. don't know who go through help! plz.

That's a tough one.

There are a lot of low cost insurance plans out there, but most of them don't cover much if you actually use it within the first year or two.

If you have a college or university in your area that offers a dentistry they often offer their services of the students, under the guidance of an instructor (an experienced dentist) at very reduced rates.

credit card and do it one tooth at a time.... insurance isn't really worth the hassle with dental... a great dental plan will only cover 1500$ at the most.

if you get dental insurance i wouldnt rely on it to be much help.....alot of times they wont pay anything on procedures they consider to be "cosmatology procedures" meaning that they are just procedures for improving the appearance of your teeth....so the insurance route may not be much help
