It's simple.
Eating right and exercise.
Despite the hype of diet pills and drinks, they just don't work. They have been proven to not work. I lost 10 pounds in about a month, and all I did was exercise about 5 times a week 1-2 hours a day at the gym. I did the exercise classes they had there and did some cardio. I also changed my eating habits, I gave up fatty meats (beef), fast food, potatoes, and other things I often ate. If you give up at least 3 things that you eat often and that are unhealthy you will lose weight easily.
There is a quicker solution it's called the Fruit Flush Diet and you can lose about 9 pounds in 3 days. I've tried it just because i needed to lose weight quickly for something and it does work. I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Well you should find something active that you enjoy maybe sports or dancing something that you enjoy. But for right now you should eat fruit in the morning cut the snacks do a little jogging in the morning maybe pushups or situps some warmups and thats how you should start your day. And eat a lite dinner. And if that doesnt work then you should eat every 2-3 hours just a little something instead f having three meals each day. But remember dont starve yourself that is very important

it takes 3500 Calories for a pound of Fat. Take the amount you want to lose (P) multiplied by 3500 then divide by the number of days. It is 19 days til Valentines Day. Don't Drink any type of sodas (only water), Lower your Carbohydrate Consumption and Workout at least 1 hour a day. Do Leg Lifts and Crunches !!

By Valentines day? Forget it.....if you want to lose your weight and be haelthy then you need to change your diet and exercise on a regular basis. Long term goals are healthy becuase they cause behavior change ( behavior is what made you overweight). Short term goals( crash diets) usually are not healthy and result in see sae pattern which ultimately results in you being heavier after you crash diet.

try jogging and play badmittion for three hours daily cut off junk food and sitting in one place for a long time eat salad green leafy vegetables and go to the gym once in a wile eat plenty of neggies and fruits.hoola hoop as much as you can and dont sleep during the day eat less oil and do your daily streaches and trust me you can get back into shape in no time!

your almost 200lbs at age 13, yes there is a problem with that.... there would be no point of losing pounds if valentines is coming up bc youll be eating the candy and the cakes, lose it after that day bc its your falt for being fat, then all of that work for nothing, unless you dont eat anythinig that day

You should try Capooeira. It's a brazilian martial art and dance.. I know, a martial art? its not what youre thinking.. its great.. you sing dance and workout.. do some research on it.. my instructor is Borracha Porto.. maybe look him up on google videos..
