It all depends on where you are from. I can suggest one to you but the travel agency is based in Manila.

Hi I am not sure where you are from
So but if you are not from Singapore which I know a good agency which I signed up when I went to Korea last year was Chan Brothers. I was lucky the tour guide was Taiwanese Korean, he could talk to us in Chinese,the restaurant he brought us was simply delicious.
