Go ahead and ask out random girls.But if you ask out your best friends MIDDLE SCHOOL sister, then you are a douchhhe bag. I misspelled that so that it would not be censored. That is a super creepy thing to do. Girls like confidence, go after a random girl and there are only three reactions possible, creeped out, impressed, or has a boyfriend.. It's in how you approach and how you come off in the first reaction. Do not touch Mike's sister or I will poop on your face, creep.

if she keeps ignoring you id let her go and if shes doing it in a mean way id tell her off but if she has told you that she doesnt like you like you like her then id back off...i know this might not be much help right now but by taking my advise you might find someone else and they will probably like you back so its your desion so thats what i have to say but to get her interested flirt with her way more then you do and try hanging out alot more and on v-day take her a big tedy bear, chocolates, and a really sweet card that says how you really feel about her if a guy did that for me to impress me i would defenatly go for him not just cause he would buy me stuff but its the thought of him buying it for me and me only...hopefully i answered your question

It's too late for you. It's over. Girls want what they can't have, and you jumped the gun. do something real cool, then ignore her,make sure its kool, like what are your talents? then see if you attract other girls to you. if that works.. she more than likely will too
if not then you need to move on.
