is it ok to do that? keeping in mind that I work out four times a week for four hours each time. The food that I eat after working out is Eggs, Philadelphia cheese, and four slices of wheat bread.

that doesn't sound bad at all...your body craves and needs carbohydrates and protein for working out. your doing alright.

Try eating something before you go workout. Some protein and good carbs, like turkey on whole wheat bread...

it is ok to eat after your workout. You should not eat food that are high in calories and you will be fine. I recommend you consume more protein after your workout that way it can help your muscle recover

I think that's okay, but only if it's during the day time. You shouldn't be eating too much right before bed time though.

sounds ok, you should be eating that much after a 4 hour workout.

What you are eating is very low in carbs and is an excellent choice.

its normal sometimes it happens feel vey hungry and when you try to eat you eat nothing
