sprinkle some salt, pepper,and spices. marinade it for a day. then slap it on the grill and grill it till it's cooked. 5-10 mins.

the most unhealthy chicken recipe i love is home made fried chicken strips.

Another one i love is cubed chicken cooked in a skillet till done wi a can cream of chicken soup dumped on top of it(depending on how many people is how much you will need for this recipe. 2 people 2-3 chicken breasts and one can of cream of chicken should be enough. ) then add bout 1/2 can milk cook till soup is thined out and to taste if taste to salty add little more milk. Also I pepper chicken while cooking it.( you can salt it to but keep in mind cream of chicken soup is salty) When done serve over egg noodles or long cook white rice. so good. Especially with broccoli on the side!yum

last but not least chicken fajitas
cube chicken and when chicken is bout half done add chopped onions and green peppers. When cooked add a pakages of fajatia seasoning from the store (usally next to taco seasoning) little water. Mix up. Serve on warm corn or flour tortillas with cheese, sour cream, salsa lettuce tomatoes wahtever you like? If you prefer you can omit onions and green peppers add taco seasoning instead of fajita seasonign and have chicken tacos serve with a easy spanish rice ( either packaged or add medium size can of tomatoe sauce cooke onions and and peppers ot white rice. super simple mexican/ spanish rice!)

Cream of Mushroom Chicken

1 whole cut up chicken...or buy the peices you like.
2 cans of Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
milk
salt & pepper
a little butter.

Set oven for 350 degrees. Put chicken peices in a roast pan, after adding salt and pepper. Put pats of butter on each peice.

Place in oven and cook uncovered, and baste occasionally. Cook for 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, empty the soup into saucepan, and add one Campbell's soup can filled with milk. Stir while cooking over low/med heat.

Shut off till needed.

After 45 minutes, pour the cream of mushroom gravy over the chicken, and cook another 1/2 hour. Baste once or twice.

I serve this with mashed potatoes, Pilsbury biscuits, and corn.

Easy and delicious! Enjoy!

Honey chicken legs-

ingredients:

8 large chicken drumsticks
250ml soy sauce
4 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
2 tablespoons oil
sesame seeds

method:

Combine soy sauce,honey,lemon juice,garlic,ginger and oil. Pour over chicken and marinade for 2-3 hours. Preheat oven to 200 celsius. sprinkle with sesame seeds,, Place on low rack cook for 14-16 minutes on high or until well done

chicken+curd+spices+salt+mustard oil.take a wok and put some oil. heat it &put the mixture in.. stir it for sometime and then put some water to the mixture.put a lid on wok and let it cook for 10 mins.chicken is ready to be served.

2-3 onion ( griended
1 garlic (griended)
ginger
red chilli
black paper
corriender
oil
burn gas put on pan after than 100g oil put on pan.
after than put on onion, garlic & ginger
fry and red chilli black paper corriender and fry
after 10 min u put chicken and fry 25 min, in slow gas
after 25 min u put on 2 cup of water. and boil 15 min after than put on green corriender ang garam masala.

after than u servred it.
