You stand up tall, push your anger to one side and tell him exactly why you find his actions unacceptable. Make it clear that his naivety in presuming you would accept his behaviour, was not only his first mistake but also his last.
Depending of course whether you still want a relationship with him or not, you then tell him what you have decided. Being angry for longer than you actually are, stropping about and punishing him, will only cause resentment in you both. If he's genuinely remorsefully and sorry, you need to allow him to mend this relationship, there's no point giving him a second chance if you don't.
