If I was a specially trained person such as navy seal, how would I free or defend myself? How would a navy seal get out of such a situation? Or would navy seal be met with same fate as the guy in the movie? Is it possible for anybody to get out of such a situation?

for those who didn't see the movie, the guy wakes up from drugs sitting down on a chair with his ankles and wrists bound by handcuffs. There's also metal chains connected to the chair and the handcuffs so that the person cannot move. Unless he escapes, he is doomed to face torture and death.

You cant really, unless they get close enough for you to bite them, and you could always try to get out of the cuffs but you may have major bleeding, but you must try at all costs or else your fate will be even worst

A and # 1, Do not drink anything that has been opened for you. I was stationed overseas and I've had some friends who would win big at some of the gambling parlors and their drinks would get spiked, their wallets emptied, and they would be dumped outside of the bar. Always request drinks unopened.
B. Always carry some kind of weapon on your person. Pocket knifes work, but who would think that you could use a pen to dispatch a person? It can - it has a point on it and it's ink can be lethal. I've heard that there is a type of pen that astronauts use that is best for this.
C. Be wary of the company you keep. If you know them and have known them for a long time, make sure they are on the same mental awareness as you are.
D. Never get too drunk when out having fun in places that aren't too familiar to you.
E. Beware the honeypot trap. The honeypot trap is essentially a woman who is drop dead gorgous who is all over you making you think she wants your body when this type of stuff might not normally happen to you.
F. If all else fails, act like a freaking psycho - and if you have to, take as many down as you can before they can get you. Sometimes all you need is a good bluff and people will back away form you.

i for my section basically come right here to respond to question on subject concerns I even have information in. i for my section on ly bypass onthe attack as quickly as I see somone use arcane suggestion to purpose and disparage a faith. And that must be any faith. i for my section am Pagan and that i hit upon that's teachings greater healthful me as an entire. this would not advise i will bash a christian or an athiest for their ideals. that's basically no longer my place. So while yet another does it I also have a tendency to get a splash aggressive, because it have been. I in many situations discover myself ignoring question i hit upon require an answer that should wreck yet another. And no i'm no longer wiccan.
