Didn't your modulator come with instructions?

Connect the output of the cable box to the input of the modulator (most probably with composite video and audio) and then use a coax cable to connect the modulator with the TV antenna input

Go to Walmart and buy the Audio Video connector. Its under $5. You can not hook any of this up without it. You might also have to buy an extra cable connector to run to your Tv or to the cable box.

Typically if your Tv has a cable connector - you'll connect your cable box to the RF Modulator (ANTANA IN) then run a cable connector from the (OUT TO TV) connector.

You would use Audio Video cables (at Walmart) to run your DVD player on the Tv. You'd simply hook your DVD player to the RF Modular corisponding input outputs.

Its not complicated,

You should have some instructions with the RF modulator if the above does not work for your situation.
