try flirting with him some and if seems comfortable say, " hey do u have a date for the ance cause I don't and I need someone to go with." If he says yes than good if he already has a date ask if he has a friend u can go with or say maybe next time.

If you live with fear you will end up regreting all the great times you never had and loves you never got to love. I know becuase I have regret not being more forward in the past and have lost my chance to be with them. I know it is difficult and gives you butterflies in your stomache and fear of rejection first hand, but to be happy you have to put yourself out there and take a chance.

Ask him anyway. If you do not ask, you are sure the answer will be no. The person who is not afraid to fail can succeed at anything. Do not be afraid of no. Be afraid of not taking a chance in life. Go get him girl.

Ask him.
The worst that can happen is he'll turn you down.
This will only be a momentary embarrassment.
Even if he does turn you down, it could be because he hadn't thought of you in that way, but this will get his attention and him starting to consider you. It could lead to bigger and better things.

JUST ASK HIM ALREADY. whats the worst he could do? ok tell you no and make fun of you and compleatley reject you, but thats not the end of the world. just right a note to him and its a simple yes or no. no rejection and no suffering. it will be ok

hey, the only thing worse than regret and rejection is not knowing wether or not he would of rejected you in the first place...if you dont ask you'll always be wondering if he would of said yes...i think you should ask him...good luck!
