We need a recipe for chewy, moist, and (of course) tasty oatmeal cookies

The best one that I have ever come across is the one that is on the back of the box for Quaker Oats Oatmeal. One thing I do I to measure out the amount of raisins that I would like to add to my recipe, and cover them with boiling water. I let the raisins sit in the boiling water while I get the rest of my cookie dough made. Once the dough is ready, I drain the raisins and add them to the dough mix.. The boiling water plumps up the raisins and they are not hard and chewy. Enjoy!!!

I followed the recipie on the Quaker Oats box and added extra cinnamon. came out great.

follow the recipe on the lid of the Quaker oats container and adjust the cooking time to get them out while still soft...YUM YUM

Just make sure you use REAL butter..."it's better with the butter in the batter" :-)
