1.cute (as in fits my personal prefereces in looks), 2.good personality (has to have some sense of charisma & attitude towards him), 3.good job (not only does he look good but is good enough to find a decent job), 4. Chemistry (if i can't see myself with him in the long run - uhm it won't last), 5. last but not least goals ( I need to know he has a plan in life as so will I)
These are the main importance to me. As you can probably tell the biggest factor is attraction. As long as the guy can support himself, its probably a good sign to be in a stable relationship.

id hook up with them if thats what you mean..? and id hangout with the younger 20's. but like hanging around with a 30 year old when you're a teen is just weird unless you're getting something out of it..

That's kind of it. If he has those two qualities, you can work the rest out.
