If you needed wheelchair assistance, you should have requested that when you bought the ticket from the airline. There are designated people who assist with passengers in these situations and they would push you to the gate or the airplane and then someone will meet you with a wheelchair once the plane arrives at the gate. You can complain to the airline but they would probably tell you that wheelchair assistance is available but you need to request it earlier.

No Tiger don't fly to Hong Kong. They fly to Macao and you could get the ferry across to Hong Kong.
