A county cop lied on my father and told the judge that my father aimed at gun right at him. My whole family was there and seen that he didn't!!!!

Get yourself a lawyer, this is the only solution,
as this is your word against his...I do not really
know why he would have lied but if he did and
you can prove it in a court of law, then you
are off the hook............................................

Unfortunately, you have no means of fixing the problem. You see, the brothers in blue stick together, and almost always get away with wrongdoing. The only time a cop gets nailed is if you have it on video camera, and you get it to the television crew and they put pressure on the politicians. If your entire family took lie detector tests and the results got in the newspaper then the politicians would have to look at it. They sometimes help with the cover up if they can, so there are no guarantees.

Have the Officers name? Go down to the Department where he works from, and report him, also if your father has a lawyer, talk to that laywer and make him aware of the situation so he lawyer can bring it up when it goes to court.

You can go to his department, But keep in mind that if your complaint turns out to be false(most of them are, or very much embellished) He has the right to sue you, and in many case the officer wins.

SO WHAT You sound like a bright young person. Forget it and go on with your life doing Productive things that better you. Like study and work. Spend your hours doing useful things for your betterment, not your dads.
You can waste away your life working on non productive things that matter little.
