i have many concerns about my body.
1. my shoulder blades kinda stick out. the side view looks like a "7".
2. my chest is well...puffy lets say. in the middle, theres an inward curve that feels bony but on each side, its puffy.
3. my calves are pretty well developed. right above my calves are my thighs, which whenever i sit down, they compress and flatten out to make it look huge.
4. my hands are REALLY skinny. u can practically see the bones coming out. its the first part of my body to feel extremely cold.
5. every time i eat a meal, my stomach expands and makes me look like im fat.
- whenever i wear a shirt, it makes me look pretty thick because my chest sticks out and so does my back. it looks like / \. its highly embarrasing to me because i dont want to have to look fat even though i really not.
i play a lot of tennis, usually about 5-6 or more hours of it per week. are there any workouts in which ill lose weight on my chest, thighs, and stomach and gain muscle on my hands?
