You really talk about money a lot. It's quite vulgar and there is something that's a little presumptive in it, like you believe that it's really important to most women. This is clearly ridiculous and a bit offensive. I recently dated a guy who didn't have a phone or fixed address, he just kind of stayed at one friends' place and then he'd go to the next place.
Similarly, I don't think that many women are going to get too worried about depression and asthma. These are perfectly normal health issues which are very common.
My suggestions in answer to your question:
I think you should take out your dog for walks to parks or along the beach, it's easy to start talking to people when you're out with your dog, and it doesn't cost any money at all. And girls love dogs!
Also, you could do some volunteer work, I volunteer and I believe that the type of person who tends to volunteer isn't usually particularly interested in the type of apartment you live in etc. This will also feed into your interest of helping people. Pretty much every charity organisation is always looking for volunteers, or you can ask at your local government office for a list of open positions.
There are also always a lot of activities you can do for free and this might help you to meet women as well, ie. go to a gallery, museum, music festival etc.
You might think about joining a local theatre group or another type of special interest club. These are very lost cost or free and another way to meet people and add another element to your life.
Try to make the most of your life and try new things. Take care and good luck.

Your not going to meet anyone if you dont go out or invite people over that can bring friends to meet. You also need to think possitive because being negative only brings people down to be around.Love will find you when it will. There is only 1 person for you.Persue your interests & meet people that have the same interests & values.

You seem so sad and depressed......Sandi..you are not destined for a lonely life. You have issues, everyone has issues right? You will meet the right girl, but look in the right places......people one a walk or swim....not the sex goddess in the next apartment. One who will listen and love....Love is out there, for all of us.....keep the faith ok? :)

I'm pretty sure you'll find someone out there...but...how come you can't work full time? A woman wants someone who's going to contribute to a relationship, not drain her for all she's got. Also, since you're on here, ever thought of going to like match.com or eharmony.com to find a partner? Just a thought....

Hey, I know I'm no lady, but I often feel my life is going in that direction, and it is hard. My advice to you is to never give up.
