First of all, unless you're 5'1 or under, 110 is pretty extreme. I'm not quoting any statistics, just telling you as a guy. Assuming you're under or about that height, diets,exercise; but, most importantly resisting the urge to eat when bored/angry/sad,etc. I understand chicks go and eat chocolate when angry, while we guys like to go do something physical to ease the tension.

Girls also indulge in more fattening foods that leave them feeling less full (cake,chocolate,etc). We guys usually go eat meat, lots of protein, and you feel full much faster with that type of food.

Exercise, eat healthy, and resist the urge to eat snacks. That should be about it. Drugs aren't a good way to do it, don't lose your mind more over this female body image deal with them.

Be reasonable with your goals. If i want to lose weight, I aim to lose a few lbs over a rather long period of time, taking it step by step. Most girls I know go into overdrive and try to do it all overnight. Then, when they fail, they go and eat their chocolate bar while crying about it.

I feel for you chicks, the media, society,everything is pounding ya'll ! Even guys now (fitness magazines,etc). It's crazy. Be happy with your figure babe, maybe try to shed a few lbs, you will be surprised at how much of a difference 6 or so lbs can make. If you're tall, then you're crazy, and the be happy with your figure thing applies more than ever!Good luck ;-)

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

lol, jk. Cardio is the answer to losing weight. Finding a cardio sport that you like is even better, since you have fun while exercising. Try basketball, or anything that involves lots of running.

Drink water instead of soda, fresh vegetables instead of french fries, fresh fruit instead of ice cream and lean meat instead of hamburgers. Walk about 1 mile/day.
