usually i only stick to a diet for 1 week if anything other times i cant go longer then 4 days and even so i dont do anything strict just eating less calories and exercising but i cant seem to stop eating
im hungry all the time and i cant keep a calorie limit. Im not fat but not skinny either i want to lose weight . im 5 feet and 117 pounds but i want to be 105 pounds. thank you for your suggestions.

If u take special diets, it is impossible to stick to them.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

First things first...Listen to your body.

I signed up for the Weight Watchers program and lost 45 pounds in a little over 90 days and have kept it off for a year. One thing that I learned is that I needed to eat more of the right foods.

If you're constantly hungry, your body isn't telling you it needs more food, it's telling you it needs better food. Yes, you need to pay attention to the calories, but you also need to pay attention to the fat and the fiber content as well.

Check out the Weight Watchers program. If you can't afford the meetings, do a Yahoo Search on "Weight Watchers Points". There are enough sites out there with the information you need to do the program.

Most importantly, find a friend to lose weight with. The two of you should make an agreement to hold the other accountable.

Also, check out a supplement (not a diet pill) called CLA - conjugated linoleic acid. It's a fatty acid that helps to maintain lean muscle mass and burn fat. Belly fat will be the first to go. The only reported side effect that I'm aware of is an upset stomach. I personally have had no problems and have found that it actually helps to keep me regular. You should be able to find a month's supply for about $30.00. I try to hit Vitamin World at the beginning of the month when they have their Buy One Get One Free sales.
