I'm usually sluggish

I got my 1st period at 12, I'm 16 and they're still very irregular (3-8 months between)

the last time i got my last period was last summer, its winter now

and i haven't grown much since 10/11ish,
I'm still at 4'11...!

Not necessarily. Some women never have a regular cycle. But the only thing that's not normal in that regards is not having a cycle at all.

As to your height, you will be the height that you are genetically programmed to be, and there's nothing you can do to change that.

I do know, though, that you need to ask all of these questions of a doctor.

It could be Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.
It dosen't explain your height, but your other symptoms are usually a part of the disease.

At one point (when I was a teen)I thought that's what I had.... but nope.
I'm now 23 and everything is working "normally". So it could be nothing.

Well, yes you may have a hormonal problem, when your periods are not regular that is a good sign...you might need to see an Endocrinologist..I think your thyroid gland might need to be checked but also other hormones as well.If you really want to grow I suggest when you have checked your hormones go and play a sport particularly basketball.
