You might have had small stroke without realizing it. Seriously. See a doctor ASAP.

That usually happens when im out in the cold for a period of time or eat something cold. My lips would get numb then come back. Could be related to a lack of nerve endings in your mouth and lips.

Is it your lips or jaw? Is the problem opening your mouth? If so then I'd see a Dr. on Monday for TMJ. If its just your lips then I have no idea! Is this painful? How often does it occur? How long does it last?

Could be a stroke! Go get checked out! Or Bells palsy or lots of debilitating things. Don't wonder! Go to the Doctor!

well! i don't know much about such a disease;but if it's just external hardening then you can apply lip softener's or lip balm's or even lip care ointments ;we get them in medical stores. If this is an internal trouble i think you should consult a doctor!!
