Yes, it worth something there is a name for it but, I can't think of what it is. Search ebay pennies and see if you can see one on there. I think it is called ---------- mint. Don't just give it away. Do some search on it. It may be called off center mint not sure. I have a lot of pennies and I saw these of ebay last summer. I didn't happen to have any. But, the few that was on there was going for quite a bit. Good Luck.

A coin like that can be worthless or very valuable depending on who you show it to. Technically its not legal tender, a mis stamp like that is usually recycled by the US mints, broken down to its component metals to be used to make a new coin. So ones that actually get released aren't that common, however they aren't super rare either.
Most coin collectors would consider it worthless, however some collect coins of that type. If you can find such a collector you could probably get a decent sum, however Pennies usually don't go for to high in general. But like all collectibles it all depends on if you can find a buyer who will spend money on it.

A coin appraiser is going to tell you it is worth $8 - $10 which is what they would call an insurance value. You would lucky to get $1.00 to $2.00 for it on ebay. It is rare, but not something a coin collector is usually looking for, therefore there is no demand for such a coin and that is why you cannot sell it for much money.

you won't be able to do it in 3 until eventually you be responsive to despite if that's lighter or heavier. think of there are 2 money on the dimensions and that they are unbalanced. you have not any theory which one is undesirable. in case you have already desperate something are sturdy, you are able to replace between the money on the dimensions with a sturdy one. the two the pair will stability, wherein case the single interior the hand is undesirable and additionally you would be responsive to despite if that's lighter or heavier seeing which you took it off the severe facet or low facet. in the event that they don't stability, you be responsive to the single you probably did not get rid of is undesirable and despite if that's lighter or heavier as a results of undeniable fact that's severe or low. yet this is 2 weighings. To get from 12 to 3 demands a minimum of 2 weighings, making 4 comprehensive. to illustrate, dividing the 12 into communities of four and balancing 2 communities tell despite if to the two on the dimensions are balanced or not, yet not despite if one is heavier or lighter. yet another weighing can verify than yet nonetheless leaves 4 to make a selection from which demands 2 extra weighings.

Your best bet is to go to a coin dealer , get an idea of what its worth and then sell it on Ebay with the actual worth as the reserve.

Just an educated guess here:
This is rare but not unusual. It could be worth up to $10.00 to coin collectors.

You should get it appraised by a coin appraiser. I would get it done by more then one appraiser just in case. They are not common, it happens when the machine gets stuck and the coin gets stamped twice. Usually the coin is pulled and remelted.
